Golda Meit/Kent Jewish Center

The Golda Meir/Kent Jewish Center is committed to serving the entire Jewish community — from infants to elders. It is the common ground for those actively involved in Jewish life, as well as secular individuals and families. Supported primarily by the Jewish community, the Center is open to all through membership, as well as through individual cultural events and activities.

The professionally trained educators, cultural artists and volunteers combine forces to create and implement the Center's programs and events such as: toddlers learning Hebrew blessings and how to swim at the Center's preschool; youths experiencing Jewish values and traditions and strengthening life-long friendships at the summer day camp, Camp Or Hashemesh; teens meeting friends and attending themed socials; individuals and families exercising and enjoying cultural and social events; and seniors eating a kosher lunch, taking organized trips, and participating in stimulating discussions groups.
